Mobile commerce taking off among smartphone owners

In a recent survey, 28% of smartphone users have purchased online with their device. It would seem as adoption is finally taking off but the survey also reveals that there remains various concerns among users that prevent wider penetration of mobile payments. Market players should focus on this concerns, especially on their experience at face to face POS.
